David is a miracle worker!! By a fluke I found David’s wife and she referred me to her genius husband. I had printed many place cards on a PC using a template provided by the The Paper Source, but at the last minute I had to make some changes and the only computer available to me was my daughter’s Mac. We could not figure out how to print without showing the red lines – David to the rescue! I found David through Craigslist. He just spent two hours cleaning up 4 years of accrued glitches and problems. He’s really smart and very savvy about Macs. When we were looking for internal hard drives for my Mac Pro, he knew that there had been flooding in the country where they were manufactured and that it had caused a temporary shortage, and said I should wait for a while and prices should go down. So, that was really helpful, and he didn’t even need to tell me that. From now on, he’s my go to guy for all my Macs.
Been a Mac man ever since 1993 (true!) and have had only a couple “emergencies” in that time. Yesterday was a doozy. My Mac Mail program lost all my email accounts and all of my correspondence, etc. I have a big event coming up this weekend and I was in a panic!! I contacted David Thiele of “Mac-A-Wish” and, by using a remote program, he restored my accounts, cleaned up corrupted files and got back ALL of my correspondence…within an hour! I was amazed! Now, he’s coming to my office next week to upgrade my machine to Snow Leopard. Bottom line, he saved me and my business.
