Been a Mac man ever since 1993 (true!) and have had only a couple “emergencies” in that time.  Yesterday was a doozy.  My Mac Mail program lost all my email accounts and all of my correspondence, etc.  I have a big event coming up this weekend and I was in a panic!!  I contacted David Thiele of “Mac-A-Wish” and, by using a remote program, he restored my accounts, cleaned up corrupted files and got back ALL of my correspondence…within an hour!  I was amazed!  Now, he’s coming to my office next week to upgrade my machine to Snow Leopard.  Bottom line, he saved me and my business.  I can’t say enough about David, his people skills (he calmed me down immediately), his knowledge of Mac computers and programs.  AND, his prices are better than anyone out there!

I strongly recommend David Thiele and his Mac-A-Wish business.  I also recommend storing his contact info in your address book.  You never know when mayhem will strike!  Thanks David….
