Travel time is not billable to the client.

I will come to your home or office and help resolve the issues at hand. During this time, I will also assess your current situation and offer my advice on how to improve your productivity. I will also make sure you have a current backup plan in place (something that should never be overlooked). I’ll sit with you and help organize your files, iTunes, iPhoto, Address Book, and iCal. If you are new to Mac, I can give you an overview of how the Mac operating system works and get you acclimated to the Mac environment. You’ll be up and running in no time. I can also help you with your iPhone or iPad, printers and any home network issues. It’s really an open appointment to address any concerns you may have.

* 1 hour minimum billed for every onsite appointment.

* 2-3 hour minimum may be applicable, depending on distance.

REMOTE SUPPORT: (Contact for rates)

I will email you a link to download and install a program which allows me to see your desktop and navigate your computer. We can then work together over the phone to resolve your issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 hour notice is required to cancel any appointment. Any cancellations less than 24 hours will incur a $75 charge.
